Olana Browser is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the terms below. By using Olana you agree to both.

Olana Pro subscriptions

• Olana Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly ($4.99) or Yearly ($24.99). Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings at any time. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Using the app

• Olana is a tool for browsing the web. You are responsible for the websites you visit and how you use the content you access or download.
• Only download content you have the right to save. Olana does not save media protected by DRM.
• Ad and tracker blocking relies on community filter lists; some sites may not display correctly. You can turn Shields off for any site.
• Olana AI produces answers with an on-device model and may be wrong. Don't rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Third-party websites and services

Websites you visit and optional services (such as your search engine, Google Translate fallback, Open-Meteo weather and Have I Been Pwned) are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Essential Dev Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
